Pep Band Plays for Men's Club Pancake Breakfast

Some of the members of the high school Pep Band played for the New Berlin Men's Club Annual Pancake and Sausage Breakfast on Sunday morning. Thanks to those members who were able to come out and support their community!

Band and Choir Winter Concert

Congratulations to the junior high and high school band and choir students for their performance at our Winter Concert on Thursday. The students worked extremely hard in preparation for the concert and should feel very proud of their fantastic performance! 

4th/5th Grade Winter Concert a Success!

Our fourth and fifth graders put on a wonderful show Tuesday night for their winter concert. The students sang holiday favorites and showed off their skills on recorders and bell sets. Great job guys!

IMEA District IV Honors Music Festival

Congratulations to band students Alex Wilkinson, Bailie Dill, and Laura Simpson and choir students Wilson Webel, Nathan Bowser, and Jacob Turner for participating in the District IV IMEA Honor Band and Choir this Saturday at Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. These students rehearsed in an ensemble made up of other talented students from across central Illinois all day and put on a fantastic concert that evening. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Deanna Hileman, Alex Wilkinson, Courtney Williams, Bailie Dill, Colton Chandler, Ben Stowell and Hunter Mitchell for participating in the junior high SEMA honor band at Glenwood High School. Along with students from other area schools, these students worked with a guest conductor all afternoon and put on a wonderful evening performance!

IMEA District 4 Auditions

Congratulations to Bailie Dill, Laura Simpson, Alex Wilkinson, and Mikayla Busby for auditioning this morning for the IMEA District 4 Honor Band. These students auditioned with schools from all over east-central Illinois and, if selected, will perform with the honor band on November 3rd at Western Illinois University. The audition is rigorous to complete and an accomplishment in itself! Congratulations!
